Ihre Aufgaben:

• Installations-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten im Elektro-, Sanitär- oder allgemeinen Haustechnikbereich
• Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes innerhalb unseres Haustechnikerteams
• Kontrolle der Gebäudetechnik und Überwachung von Wartungsterminen
• Durchführung technischer Soforthilfe und Begleitung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit Schwerpunkten in der Elektrotechnik und Sanitärtechnik
• Betreuung aller gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
• Begleitung unserer Kundenveranstaltungen
• Fehleranalysen an der Anlagentechnik
• Erkennung und Dokumentation von Gewährleistungsmängeln

Ihr Profil:

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im entsprechenden Bereich (Elektrik, Sanitär, Haustechnik oder Tischler)
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen
• Fundiertes technisches Verständnis
• Höhentauglichkeit für Arbeiten auf einer Hebebühne
• Die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Schichtdienst)
• Eine Begabung für die Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
