Specialist Energymanagement (m/f/d) · Facility

As an Energy Management Specialist (m/f/d), you will support our Facility Engineering team in maintaining our buildings, particularly with regard to renovations, maintenance measures and optimising energy efficiency.

This is your new challenge:

• Energy Management: Analyze energy consumption, maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for savings
• Project Management: Develop, plan, and coordinate concrete energy efficiency projects based on ideas
• Economic Viability: Evaluate the economic viability of investments and measures in accordance with DIN EN 17463 (VALERI) with support from the department
• ISO 50001: Contribute to the establishment or further development of an energy management system
• Legal & Compliance: Understand the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Act and prepare the relevant documentation with the team
• Audits: Support energy audits and implement the resulting improvement measures
• Energy Team: Coordinate meetings, measures, and responsibilities
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate measures to increase energy efficiency and monitor their implementation

Your achievements to date:

• Completed technical vocational training or continuing education, e.g., in the fields of energy and building technology, electrical engineering, renewable energy, business administration, technician (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification
• Initial professional experience in project management and/or in the aforementioned areas of responsibility
• Basic knowledge and practical experience with DIN EN ISO 50001 or a comparable energy management system
• Basic knowledge of legal matters and, ideally, initial experience in the field of auditing
• Understanding of business and technical contexts
• Experience in initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects, particularly in the areas of energy efficiency and energy management
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
